Returns & Exchanges

At AnimeXtreme, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AnimeXtreme account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
